MIXBUS V2.0.2 software pdf manual download. One half of me says I've worked around it because it's easy to do so. I hit the pads with my thumb like Im playing funk bass and, since the pads are so large, you cant miss starting or stopping. I use the drum pads as transport controls. If it had a fader it would be quite recommendable. Still, I would say it's a reasonable request to ask for scrubbing in Studio One simply for the ease of listening to a section on the fly to determine if there is a need to edit, before actually opening Melodyne. Its been a week and the Akai MPD218 is actually a pretty good controller for MixBus. Particularly, with the polyphonic versions of Melodyne make editing even more virtual. Scrubbing was still useful with a DAW to be fair (now with added waveform visuals), but with the advent of Melodyne, scrubbing is audibly there with S1 if necessary. Scrubbing on a reel to reel was in actuality, a walking stick as there was nothing to see to perform a cut or splice type edit. Much more suited to mixing than programming and tracking, to my way of thinking, but it all depends on how you work. Matches nicely against the UAD version of the EQ. I experienced the same ability to work without it, though found it strange to be missing at first. This is without using the EQ, although the 32C includes an EQ very reminiscent of the actual Harrison 32 console EQ. If I'm looking for a bad note or the alignment of a vowel I use Melodyne which is highly integrated and much more accurate than a method used when we only had reel to reels.
